Cranberry Salsa with Cream Cheese and Crackers
A refreshing Cranberry Salsa paired with cream cheese (or ricotta) and crackers, perfect as an appetizer for holidays or any festive gathering.

Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- Crackers (gluten free if desired, to serve)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except cream cheese, to a food processor. Pulse until very finely chopped.
- Place the mixture in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
- To serve, top each cracker with cream cheese and salsa, or let people assemble their own.
