Dump-and-Bake Boursin Broccoli Mac and Cheese
A quick and easy dump-and-bake macaroni and cheese with Boursin, broccoli, and chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 block Boursin cheese
- 2 cups uncooked pasta of choice
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup half and half or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add chicken, uncooked pasta, broccoli, 1 cup cheddar cheese, garlic, and seasonings to a baking dish. Mix well.
- Move ingredients to the outside of the baking dish to create a hole in the center. Place Boursin cheese in center of baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth and half and half over ingredients, making sure all pasta is covered in liquid.
- Cover baking dish with foil and place in oven at 425°F for 20-30 minutes, depending on size of noodle.
- Remove foil, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
