Dump-and-Bake Boursin Broccoli Mac and Cheese

                A quick and easy dump-and-bake macaroni and cheese with Boursin, broccoli, and chicken.

                Ingredients

                • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
                • 1 block Boursin cheese
                • 2 cups uncooked pasta of choice
                • 2 cups chopped broccoli
                • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
                • 2 cups cheddar cheese
                • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
                • 1 cup half and half or heavy cream
                • 1 tablespoon paprika
                • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
                • salt and pepper to taste

                Instructions

                1. Add chicken, uncooked pasta, broccoli, 1 cup cheddar cheese, garlic, and seasonings to a baking dish. Mix well.
                2. Move ingredients to the outside of the baking dish to create a hole in the center. Place Boursin cheese in center of baking dish.
                3. Pour chicken broth and half and half over ingredients, making sure all pasta is covered in liquid.
                4. Cover baking dish with foil and place in oven at 425°F for 20-30 minutes, depending on size of noodle.
                5. Remove foil, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
