Marshmallow Brownies
Delicious marshmallow brownies with a rich chocolate flavor, topped with melted mini marshmallows and a creamy frosting.
Ingredients
- 2 cubes melted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- mini marshmallows
- 1 cube butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup cocoa
- canned milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/3 cup cocoa until smooth.
- Add salt and flour and beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 28-30 minutes.
- Turn oven off and cover brownies with mini marshmallows. Keep in the oven until marshmallows are melted.
- Let cool.
- For frosting: Cream 1 cube butter and gradually add powdered sugar and 1/4 to 1/3 cup cocoa.
- Add canned milk to achieve desired consistency.
- Frost cooled brownies.
