Marshmallow Brownies

                Ingredients

                • 2 cubes melted butter
                • 2 cups sugar
                • 1/3 cup cocoa
                • 4 eggs
                • 1 teaspoon vanilla
                • 1 teaspoon salt
                • 2 cups flour
                • mini marshmallows
                • 1 cube butter
                • 3 cups powdered sugar
                • 1/4 to 1/3 cup cocoa
                • canned milk

                Instructions

                1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
                2. Cream melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/3 cup cocoa until smooth.
                3. Add salt and flour and beat until smooth.
                4. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
                5. Bake at 350°F for 28-30 minutes.
                6. Turn oven off and cover brownies with mini marshmallows. Keep in the oven until marshmallows are melted.
                7. Let cool.
                8. For frosting: Cream 1 cube butter and gradually add powdered sugar and 1/4 to 1/3 cup cocoa.
                9. Add canned milk to achieve desired consistency.
                10. Frost cooled brownies.
