Seven-Layer Chicken Burrito
These wraps have classic layered burrito fixings all over the map. Opt for shredded rotisserie chicken and purchased guacamole for ultimate ease.

Ingredients
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded spinach
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together refried beans and chipotle chiles. Spread 1/4 cup of the bean mixture over each tortilla.
- Top with 1/2 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon salsa, and 2 tablespoons of the guacamole.
- In a small bowl stir together sour cream and the remaining 1 tablespoon chipotle chiles. Spoon 1/4 over guacamole and top with tomato, spinach, cheese, and black olives.
- Roll up burritos and serve with additional salsa if you like.
