                • 2 tablespoons garlic
                • 8 oz. shredded lettuce
                • 1/2 cup diced tomato
                • 1/2 cup pepperoncini or banana peppers
                • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
                • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
                • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
                • salt to taste
                • pepper to taste
                • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
                1x

                Instructions

                1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
                2. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lay the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
                3. Layer provolone cheese on the bread, then add ham, salami, and pepperoni (or preferred lunch meat combination).
                4. Place the tops back on the rolls and cut between each roll to divide into sliders.
                5. Combine butter and garlic, and season to taste. Spread mixture over the tops of the rolls.
                6. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are golden brown.
                7. While sliders are baking, make grinder salad topping by combining mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then toss lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers into the dressing.
                8. Once sliders are done baking, remove from oven and take tops of the rolls off. Add the grinder salad topping and put roll tops back on.
                9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
