Italian Grinder Sliders
Delicious Italian-inspired sliders with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese, topped with a flavorful grinder salad.

Ingredients
- Hawaiian Rolls
- Ham, thinly sliced
- Salami, thinly sliced
- Pepperoni, thinly slices
- slices of Provolone cheese
- Butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 8 oz. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini or banana peppers
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lay the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese on the bread, then add ham, salami, and pepperoni (or preferred lunch meat combination).
- Place the tops back on the rolls and cut between each roll to divide into sliders.
- Combine butter and garlic, and season to taste. Spread mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are golden brown.
- While sliders are baking, make grinder salad topping by combining mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then toss lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers into the dressing.
- Once sliders are done baking, remove from oven and take tops of the rolls off. Add the grinder salad topping and put roll tops back on.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
