Lasagne
Classic lasagne with layers of noodles, meat sauce, and cheese, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lasagne noodles
- 1 gal boiling water
- 1/2 oz salt
- 3 qt lasagne sauce
- 2 1/4 oz parmesan cheese
- 1 lb 5 oz shredded mozzarella
- 2 tsp leaf oregano
Instructions
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water until done. Do not overcook. Wash with cold water. Let stand in cold water.
- Prepare lasagne sauce according to recipe.
- In the bottom of each well oiled 12" x 20" x 2" steamtable pan arrange a layer of cooked lasagne noodles (approx. 14 oz).
- Spread 1 qt sauce over noodles.
- Sprinkle 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese and 7 oz shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
- Repeat this process 2 more times.
- Sprinkle 2 tsp of oregano over each completed pan.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
- Let stand 1 hour before serving.
- Cut each pan 4 x 6.
