Hamburger Stroganoff over Egg Noodles

                Ingredients

                • 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger, browned
                • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
                • 1 onion, chopped
                • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
                • 1 cup sour cream
                • 1 can mushrooms
                • 2 Tbs ketchup
                • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
                • Cooked noodles

                Instructions

                1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet.
                2. Crush the garlic cloves and chop the onion, then cook together with browned hamburger.
                3. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup.
                4. Add sour cream to the meat mixture and heat through.
                5. Include the can of mushrooms to the mixture.
                6. Mix in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; do not leave out.
                7. Serve the hamburger mixture over cooked noodles.
