Lasagna Rolls
Delicious lasagna rolls filled with cottage cheese, Parmesan, and optional spinach, topped with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella.

Ingredients
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
- 1 (24 oz) container cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Pour half of the spaghetti sauce in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Mix all filling ingredients except 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spread filling on a lasagna noodle and roll up.
- Place roll in dish; continue with all noodles.
- Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
