Spinach Casserole
A creamy and cheesy spinach casserole made with simple ingredients for a comforting dish.
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
Instructions
- Boil, drain, and salt the spinach.
- Add eggs, onion, soup, cheese, and mayo.
- Put in a buttered casserole dish.
- Mash crackers, mix with butter to lightly cover top.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
