Lasagna Rolls

                Delicious lasagna rolls filled with cottage cheese, Parmesan, parsley, and spices, baked with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella.

                Ingredients

                • 1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
                • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
                • 1 (24-oz.) container cottage cheese
                • 1 egg
                • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
                • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
                • 1/2 tsp black pepper
                • 1 tsp garlic salt
                • 1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
                • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

                Instructions

                1. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
                2. Mix all filling ingredients except 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
                3. Place 1 lasagna noodle on a cutting board and spread filling along its length.
                4. Roll up like a sleeping bag and place in pan.
                5. Repeat until all noodles are used.
                6. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
                7. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
