Rumpledoodles
A delightful cookie recipe featuring rolled oats, coconut, and molasses, perfect for sharing with your favorite heffalump or enjoying as a treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Molasses
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Boiling Water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease 2-3 cookie sheets.
- Mix the rolled oats, sugar, flour, coconut, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave.
- Add molasses and water into melted butter.
- Pour the butter mixture into the flour mixture.
- Stir with a spoon until well mixed.
- Drop the dough onto the cookie sheet with a teaspoon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool or eat warm with your favorite heffalump.
